  • How long does garlic honey last?

    Once opened, we suggest using it by the 6 month mark.

  • How do I store my garlic honey?

    In a cool dry place, like your pantry or cupboard, is perfect!

    IMPORTANT: Do NOT refrigerate. The honey will crystalize and will become hard as a rock.

  • How do I use garlic honey?

    We suggest once you start feeling symptoms, take a tablespoon of garlic honey or simply put it in some tea. If the symptoms seem to get strong quickly and you’re feeling brave, go ahead and consume a garlic clove. Our personal experience is we have done this up to 3x/day with no issues.

  • Is it safe for pregnant or nursing mothers?

    If you have no allergies to garlic or honey, it is likely safe. As always, we suggest talking with your physician or practitioner beforehand.

  • Is it safe for kids?

    If your child is over 1 year old and doesn’t have any known allergies to garlic or honey, you can likely give it to them without any issues. We suggest giving them a teaspoon of the garlic honey as needed. As always, please consult your primary care physician.
